Customer Policy

Welcome to Cutiecures Nail salon! To ensure the best experience for all our valued customers, please take a moment to review our policy:

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items left at the salon. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10minute late for your appointment, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be required to reschedule. To ensure timely service for all customers, we appreciate your understanding.
  • Nail Issues Post-Service: If you encounter any issues with your nails within 48 hours after your service. Please contact us immediately. We will be happy to fix the issue at no additional charge if we notify you within the 48-hour window. If you get in touch with us after 48 hours, a fixing fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future booking.
  • Deposit Requirement: For certain services, especially group bookings and special occasions, a deposit may be required to secure
  • Children’s Policy: While we love families, we ask that children be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times during your appointment to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
  • Hygiene and Safety: We adhere to the highest hygiene and safety standards. Customers with any infectious skin conditions or open wounds will be kindly asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • Service Changes: If you wish to change or add to the services during your appointment, please notify your nail technician in advance. Additional charges may apply for new services added.
  • Service Duration: Service times are approximations and may vary. We recommend scheduling accordingly and allowing extra time for large services.
  • Photography and Social-Media: We love seeing our customers’ nail art! Feel free to take the photo, but please ask permission before photographing other clients or salon staff.
  • Gift Cards and Promotions: Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be combined. They must be used as per the terms specified at the time of purchase.
  • Alcohol Policy: We may offer alcoholic beverages at certain events or upon request. We reserve the right to limit the amount served to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
  • Feedback and Reviews: Your feedback is important to us. If you have any concerns, please address them with a manager or via mail before leaving a public review.
  • Emergency and Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather or an emergency, we may need to close the salon. We will do our best to inform you in advance and reschedule any affected appointments.
